DataServe CSD

Before we start our meeting about the video, there are a number of  matters I'd like to discuss.

• A couple of weeks ago, I went to the Corporate Affairs Office, where you can look up the names of companies that are registered. To my suprise (sic), I found that there was a company called Dataserv. While it is not the exact same spelling as ours, registering our company in the future would be impossible because of this. Because we are not an official company, we can still use this name. To set up a proper company, it costs about $1200. It is illegal to trade under an unregistered name.
• I have produced a twelve page, heat-bound, manual for Graphar which I'll show you.
• I have also produced a DataServe newsletter, which I would like to distrbute. It covers from August to December. Your approval is required and I will read you a copy of the letter I sent to Joshua about this, so you can get a bit of background.
• Aaron is a bit unsure about joining DataServe though he would like to be involved in the video.
• Could we please discuss Simon Rose's position in the company, which was discussed in a phone call between myself and Tony on Monday. We decided that we may employ him, therefore gaining access to his services, without giving him a share in the company. The voting system is as follows: Each of us allocates a percentage of our share to him. However, if Aaron decides not to join, we could allocate his 10% share to Simon.
